What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platform has been a game-changer in many respects, there are a few areas that could be further enhanced. Currently, some functions still need to be performed on the legacy platform, but I’m pleased to see that this is on track to be resolved by early 2025. The existing Excel and exportable reporting features are practical and meet basic needs, but there’s an opportunity to go further. Adding more real-time visualisations and interactive dashboards would significantly enhance data accessibility and help drive faster, more strategic decision-making. These advanced visual tools would not only simplify data interpretation but also empower users to uncover insights more intuitively. Finally, an upgraded budgeting module with expanded capabilities would be a fantastic addition. Features such as advanced scenario planning, dynamic forecasting, and integration with other financial tools would take our planning processes to the next level, helping align our financial strategies more closely with organisational goals.
