Kudos, for the quality call that is made regarding the integration with Quicktext. That was a very detailed focused approach to Quality. The UX on the booking engine is very different from anything I have seen on another booking engine. Seeing the booking calendar and the rates at the same time is a great experience.

It appears to me that GuestCentric is consistently improving their software and adding new features for hotels. I've also found that their customer care is splendid with their partner hotels and other partners equally.
- Visitors can easily identify the most attractive offers at a glance and complete a booking with 1 click on any device.
- Rate parity insights help that the best deal is being promoted right on our own website.
All a team of hospitality experts, willing to give the extra mile for their clients with a really good return-on-the investment, accordingly with the clients that we have in common. When you're a market leader in a market, that doesn't come by luck.
Service and more service. The GuestCentric team are approachable and flexible, which is a great plus. They share insights and market data regularly, helping us to forge ahead as well. Plus they roll out online training sessions on various relevant topics and trends.

I have nothing to mention regarding this as we just made it through with our first integration for our first client. The whole integration experience is very great. Great help from the development team and sales teams as well who keep an eye on the whole process.

I've found that GuestCentric have a great relationship with their partner hotels and they have exemplary customer service. If considering GC, I would recommend knowing exactly what functionalities you are looking for in a booking engine and have those specifically demo'ed, ensuring compatibility with other solutions your hotel is already using.
Stay in contact with their sales and support team. They are very friendly and helpful. They are a source of great opportunities for your company. Even if Guestcentric is one of the biggest booking-engine companies around, they take care of independent hotels and hotel groups equally.
GuestCentric is constantly updating and improving its software on an ongoing basis, always looking for new features that are interesting for their clients. So, I would suggest to give a try and at least see a demo.
Book a demo and try the booking engine. Before that, ask your team what pain points they have with the current set up and what their "wish list" would be to improve. Then compare that to the GuestCentric experience.
