What do you like most?
The system is well designed, intuitive, and very user-friendly. It allows you to enter information when a lead is first received and seamlessly convert it into an opportunity with just one click. The ability to set up traces, reminders, and follow-up tasks makes it easy to organize your day, manage next steps, and stay on top of opportunities without relying on additional systems. The reporting features are also excellent, particularly the Sales Readout, which provides valuable insights and a comprehensive overview of sales activities, performance, and opportunities, all in one convenient report.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, I am still familiarizing myself with the system, and I have really enjoyed using it so far. As I continue exploring its features, I may identify additional functionalities or improvements that could be beneficial to my daily workflow. Overall, the system has been working very well and has provided a positive user experience.
