What do you like most?
The hotel chatbot works very well, responds comprehensively and correctly; additionally, the bot can be trained and fed with knowledge in the background. It also functions intuitively in the frontend and is already being used by guests eagerly and extensively after a short introduction period, and it is already a relief for the reception team. The contact with support is super friendly, quick, and solution-oriented.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Still a bit more individual customization options for the widget (e.g., position of the widget, window size, etc.) - Another interesting feature would be page-dependent addressing (e.g., on the room page: "Can I help you find the right room?" or on the booking page: "Do you have any questions about your stay?" etc.)
