What strikes me most is seeing how the chatbot is continually improving. Today, the responses are very natural, precise, and helpful for guests. The offers and alternative suggestions have also improved significantly and are increasingly effective. Another great strength is the AI Kosmo team. They truly listen to customer suggestions, respond quickly, and continually implement concrete improvements. This inspires trust and makes collaboration very enjoyable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The features I'd like to see in the future primarily concern availability searches. It would be very useful if the chatbot could automatically suggest alternatives closest to the guest's request, adjusting the arrival and departure dates or even the length of stay if necessary (for example, if a guest searches from July 20th to 27th, it could automatically suggest a stay from July 19th to 25th, if available). It would also be very interesting to be able to manage requests with two or more rooms and always receive two alternative proposals with different arrival dates and, if necessary, different lengths of stay, choosing the options closest and most similar to the original request. Another feature I'd like to see is the ability to display the four main questions in a small carousel above the message entry field. We've already discussed this together...

After providing the necessary data, AI Kosmo passed the test with flying colors: once properly configured and calibrated, the system is perfect. It provides all guests with the correct instructions for access and their stay without making any errors, despite the unique nature of our facility. It handles the high flow of messages without missing a beat, dramatically reducing our workload. If you're looking for an efficient and precise ally, we highly recommend it!
