What do you like most?
Easy, smart, best Service ever by the company, data management is simply super easy to handle and therefore even easier to use, both by the hotel and then by the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, the check-out via tablet, which requires an interface and thus the necessary IT security on the hotel's side - so not necessarily an SP issue.
