Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Replacing old-fashioned paperless stuff as booklet or menu it safes you a lot of time and gives you a great opportunity interacting with your guests in a modern way, upselling packages / activities just in time.
