What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Excellent cooperation of contact person @ Suitepad although Backend is already some years old, but still waiting for the new backend. Some graphical improvement pending as well but we have learning to live with it and the API

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

in-depth understanding of clients needs, supportive in every aspect even if requests are not technically do-able, noted for further development and follow-up/update towards partner. It simply works and does what sales promises.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Simple UI, which is set-up really fast. Adaptable content in every aspect even if requests are "special" a solution is offered which pleases the client. API & backend might be a little bit "ag(i)e" but should be adapted quite soon

its high tech, something new, not seen in most hotels and is a great touch point for guests, good feedback from guests at the moement

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

the updating on content, is very slow to publish the manifest from the computer to tablet - suitepad is also slow and not fully responsibvre

I like the basic idea/design of the tablet with chrome border. which gives the hotel room a modern atmosphere.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Hardware - slips off quickly when placed on the docking station. That's why we can't put it on the bedside table, for example, because it then quickly falls onto the parquet floor. Power plug is o...
