What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

SuitePad makes digital communication for guests during their stay easy. Guests can communicate with the hotel via the in-room tablet, and have all the necessary information at their fingertips. For hotels, it reduces the workload and enables them to do upselling.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

SuitePad has its own hardware that makes a difference. Guests do not need to bring their own devices. Recently, SuitePad launched its performance-based pricing which makes it a very cost-effective for hotels. Hotels only pay if they are successfully generating revenue with SuitePad.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Check out their performance-based pricing. I find it very attractive. Ensure that you have your content ready. It is a great way to communicate to your guests all the information about your hotel, your services, your facilities and your surroundings.
