Very useful product to support forwarding client request as fast and simple as possible. Moreover, the Hotels are enabled to inform the guests easily about services and events via SuitePad. The information fast accessible.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

SuitePad supports their clients and partners with a super support. During the implementation of SuitePad an employee from SuitePad supports the clients direclty to set it up efficent and related to the customers requirements.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Yes, purchase the product as it simplyfies the process. Moreover, between SuitePad and hotelkit an integration can be setup, so that the user hast to login only to one platform. Therefore, my advice ist to take hotelkit as well when purchasing hotelkit.

- very practical especially with frequently changed information - easy to clean, which is very important nowadays - modern

The tablets are quickly exhausted. This is very disadvantageous for rooms that are often empty. Maybe something can be changed here.

It is very easy to program and accessable from everywhere through the webpage. The costumer service is also great, whenever you need something, they are available to help.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

If a guest has never used suitepad it is or can be a little confusing, as the operation of the tablet does not come naturally and is not fully self explanatory.
