What do you like most?
What I like most about SiteMinder is how easy it is to manage reservations and track operational issues from a single platform. In addition, their support team responds quickly and provides clear guidance, which is a huge help in resolving urgent day-to-day situations in hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it could be improved by offering prices based on the number of people. Currently, there are only options for 1 or 2 people, so it would be great to include more ranges for greater flexibility.
