What do you like most?
Hotel Effectiveness is a great tool that I primarily use for scheduling. This allows initial scheduling, and the settings can be saved which significantly speeds up the process. Employees can request shift switches or modifications and it provides notice to management for approval. This helps save time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would have to play with it more to have a recommendation for improvement. From what I have seen, this is a great resource.
