Ease for desk clerks. Yield variance. Enter rate information. Choosing rooms. Screen layout. Customer service has improved so much in the last year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Printing of folios at check out. Too many steps. More detail management reports. Speed. Follow up. On check in holds. Sending text doesn’t always work.
