What do you like most?
So I am thankful that the sms tab includes the room numbers the guests are assigned too. It helps me with making sure the requests go to the correct room. I enjoy being able to make sure the guest get their respective amenities on the day of check in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would say that the improvement i would like to see is batch closing out guests sms. Many sms chats from previous guests last years stay that we dont need on display and every time we close them, the older ones pop up as well so if we would be able to close sms chats from previous years with one action that would be helpful. .
