What do you like most?
I love the Alice App because it has so many ways to communicate with not only guest but employees as well. It's very convenient and I fell in love with the app when a lot of hotels started using it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly there is not too much to improve. I think if anything needs to be improved it would be SMS system. Sometimes the text system is a little slow.
