What do you like most?
Support Team's assistance is top notch. The platform is also very user-friendly. Reporting of inappropriate reviews and removal are also simple and relatively fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reports. Both the format in Excel and the PDF that someone downloads are not very practical, they cannot contain too many information or different information. Also, AI is very basic as a feature, this is the reason why this year we kept the basic program.
