What do you like most?
Hotel Effectiveness helps make day to day hotel management more organized and efficient especially with some reports and scheduling. Being able to access the information I need quickly when reviewing operations and making decisions and when I need assistance, the Help & Resources is essential to my needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like more flexibility in reporting and data analysis specifically with time and attendance. Hospitality operations can have very specific needs, so additional customization would help managers get to the most important information faster. For example the schedule vs punches would be great if I could click on it on a week to week basis and the information populates similar to schedule when viewing it.
