Duve has been a great solution for us. Straightforward to implement, issues are resolved quickly, and staff get used to it very quickly. The platform is intuitive, reliable and easy to manage, while the support team is responsive and helpful. Overall, we have had a very positive experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Suggestions we have made so far have been taken on board and implemented. Looking ahead, we would like to see further guest personalisation, along with deeper integrations with service optimisation applications and additional PMS mobile functionality to further enhance the guest and operational experience.
