What do you like most?
We have been with ThinkReservations for over fifteen years. I will not lie, I have tried other softwares thinking that maybe something would be better. It never was. Think's ability to just answer the phone and resolve problems quickly is top notch. The people they have designing their websites, if you happen to get one made by them, are done quickly and look fantastic and operate flawlessly. The formatting on PCs and across Android and iOS devices is perfect. There was once a problem with them overcharging me. To be honest, I did not notice. But they did. Not only did they issue a refund instead of just doing a credit like many other places do, they called me to apologize and admit their fault and made it right immediately. What company actively does this right now? They don't call you all the time trying to get you to spend more money. When you are getting your website set up, they don't make you get things that you don't want. When you call for help it is not outsourced, you get someone from here. In terms of the reservation software it is extremely intuitive and all of the menus are easily traversed. The ability to easily block off dates and move clients around is very easy. The reports that it can run are easy to set up and process rapidly. One of my favorite functions is just the front desk ability to print the things for today in case I have to have someone other than myself checking in people. It makes it very easy to know who's coming in and who's leaving. It is easy to make your own packages and to have them be assigned on your website and through the reservation software. It is easy to incorporate OTAs if you are interested in using them. Overall I rate think reservations at 10 out of 10 every day of the week. I feel bad that I left them at one point, but I came back within a few months and they weren't mad at all they were stored everything from previously and I actually had them redo my website at the same time. If you were on the fence about if you want to use this or another reservation software, by all means contact me if my bed and breakfast name is provided. It is easy to read the highlights from another competitor or from think itself and see what it can do in terms of just highlights. Finding someone that is actively using it is key and I use it all the time. Think reservations makes running my business easy. They make my website easy. If you haven't noticed using them will improve your life because it will take a lot of stress away from you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish that think reservations had the ability to scrape virtual card information from Expedia and Booking so I don't have to login to their partner website to retrieve it. That is my only complaint and it only requires about 1 minute of work when I have to do it.
