What do you like most?
The ability to send WhatsApp messages instantly (with the click of a button) to all hotel guests - this is amazing and greatly improves our service. The option of expedited check-in even before the guest arrives at the hotel - helps us greatly in operations. Of course - the immediate and simple communication of guests with the hotel via WhatsApp - has greatly improved our service at the hotel and also reduced the number of questions and calls over the phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far we have received a very fast and personal response - Duve's platform is amazing. Our guest satisfaction has improved a lot thanks to Duve. We are very satisfied. I believe that Duve will add technological improvements to the system in the future (like AI). We look forward to it.
