What do you like most?
Besides keeping Reservations organized, yield management, credit cards protected, as well as staff reports on what needs to be done, financial reports for tax purposes, customer reports for marketing, forecasting, booking pace, etc., we use the texting service with all of our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps the yield management could be more dynamically connected to property’s competitive set. We currently use the formulated system provided.
