What do you like most?
Reservations, diverse reporting. Automation and product rules. Budget. POS. It's clear that the system is remarkable and quite flexible but as I joined after the onboarding, it has been a bit difficult to figure things out, even with the university. Would be wonderful to have longer training sessions available/offered, even if for extra cost, for new team members to ensure being able to fully utilize the system in all it's glory.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Live support. The system is so elaborate that better support ie., calls with support to walk you through things - would be necessary.
