You can clearly know the data and performance of each employee, analyze specific situations according to different circumstances, know the weak points and strengths of each employee, a very useful tool, essential for hotel upselling.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No bad points, overall the place is okay, easy to use, it would be better if there was a Chinese version, but everything else is quite good, no other improvements needed, quite good.
