What do you like most?
Channel manager, rate setup and distribution via various channels. Also the direct booking engine, and the flexibility of configuration based on our needs. The account manager Atharva Kalbhor reaches out to us whenever there are new features available. He is helping us a lot when we have other issues, to connect us to the right team to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The possibility to push rates back to PMS is currently missing for us, nothing else I can think of right now.
