What do you like most?
That I can reach all team members even if no work email is available. And you can track who has read what. Also, uploading technical cases with photos and that all of this works on mobile phones. And uploading videos and how-tos is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Lost and Found, and being able to group the bookmarks differently with folders. Maybe also a separate category for this in the pop-up menu on the left.
