Our Experience with HotelTime PMS HotelTime is a user-friendly and reliable system that is easy for our team to learn and use in daily hotel operations. The system is stable and performs well, allowing us to manage our daily tasks smoothly and efficiently, with minimal technical issues. One of the key strengths of HotelTime is its support team, which is always available and responsive whenever we need assistance. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Suggestions for Improvement While we are satisfied with HotelTime's overall performance, there are a few areas where further improvements would be beneficial. Reporting and Productivity: The productivity reports could be improved to provide more accurate and comprehensive information in a single report. Currently, we need to compare two different reports to obtain the correct figures, which takes additional time and effort. Having all the relevant information consolidated into one report would make analysis easier and improve operational efficiency. POS Payment Methods: It would be helpful to have the option to record and report each credit card payment method separately in the POS system, rather than grouping them together. This would improve payment reconciliation, financial reporting, and tracking of transactions by individual payment method. We believe these enhancements would further improve the system's functionality and efficiency. We appreciate HotelTime's continued support and look forward to seeing these improvements in future updates.
