What do you like most?
The ability to send/receive Credit Card authorizations is a great feature. Contactless Check In and Guest communication are what we use it for mostly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to remove upsells if the guest changes their mind and a refund is issued. This is a common occurrence that we can not fix.
