Their support team and account managers stand out - genuinely passionate and invested in the service they provide. Setting up and toggling rate configurations, restrictions, extras, and vouchers is remarkably simple, making yield management significantly easier for us as a multi-faceted resort operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having a mobile app for on-the-go changes, and having more control over finer settings for those that enjoy the complexities of this software.
