What do you like most?
What I like most about working at a hotel is the people.Every day is different—you meet guests from all over the world, hear their stories, and help make their stay comfortable or memorable. I also like the fast-paced environment there’s always something happening, so it never feels boring.Another big plus is the teamwork. Hotel staff usually rely on each other a lot, and that creates a strong sense of cooperation and problem-solving together.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think I can improve my **communication and efficiency**. Sometimes I could explain things more clearly to guests, especially when they’re in a hurry or upset. I’m also always working on managing my time better during busy shifts so tasks get done faster without losing quality.I believe being open to feedback and learning from experience helps me improve every day.
