What do you like most?
In a large area hotel the communication between all the departments is of great importance. Flexkeeping is helping us deliver the best service to our guests. The traceability of everyday tasks in housekeeping and repairs in maintenance is excellent. Teamwork is a breeze with this software, all the functionality is well thought of. Support is excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are very few tiny things that could save even more precious time in everyday operations - one of them is auto-archive of old lost&found items. Also, when errors in communication with the PMS occur, the possibility of a manual fix of the reservation status of a room, by an authorized person would be useful.
