What do you like most?
Is an easy system to use and to teach to new employees after a few days. it's straight forward and I love that if you forget something you can use the helpdesk tab to pull videos and info to guide you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are so many reports you can pull and at times it could pull overwhelming. But this is also helpful to have all these tools.
