Book4Time is one of the top systems for spa & resort management. Book4Time has proven to be an industry innovator for a long time. They've been able to construct an intuitive system that makes it easy to use for your on-site teams. All in all, the system makes it super easy for you to manage your spa facilities; booking appointments, staff scheduling, inventory management etc.
Book4Time is an all-in-one spa scheduling solution. Easy to implement, easy for first-time users, and great to experienced spa operators! The initial training along with the configuration was spot-on get the transition from another software to Book4Time was well-timed and organized.
Book4time has become a leader in the spa software space. Yellow Dog Software shares many large hotel and resort clients who either have Book4Time installed in their spa's or are in the process of transition from other systems. They can also extend their POS into other retail outlets, especially when partnered with Yellow Dog Software to manager larger retail operations.
I work in Spa area for over 20 years, had many different Spa software, but honestly , book4time exceeded all my expectations.
Its easy to use, have many great reports, easy to make group bookings, great online reservations engine, as well as emails as follow up for clients reservations.
My receptionist comment that is easy to use and to change reservations once made.

Book4Time has created the top technology ecosystem in the spa management business. The huge number of integrations they have ensures that you can create a tech stack that's fully integrated. On top of this, their great client support ensures a great experience
As Book4Time is cloud-based, it is accessible from any internet connection. This allows administrators to adjust settings, schedules, etc without having to be onsite. In addition, the e-gift option and now Book4time Pay makes managing the various tasks so much simpler and consolidated.
Book4Time not only has a great product, but they also have great customer support. They are also a great partner to work with. Their team is all about finding the right solution for their customers and making sure they have the best experience possible with their product.
Best client service, they listen to clients and make sure to follow up.
They maintain one informed for future any changes , software updates and additional options they are working on.
On rarely occasions, when help is needed very fast to resolve.

Make sure know what's important for you. You should always have a clear picture of what you are looking for when selecting any technology system for your business. One crucial factor, what interfaces are important to you? These days it's essential to make sure a system connects with your PMS, CRM, etc. Manually downloading csv files from one system and uploading in another is now longer acceptable, automation is key to the success and efficiency of your business.
Be sure to consider all of the options available ... this includes interfaces to hotel PMS, Accounting, credit card processing, and gift card/egift management. When used a full package, the results are tremendous and allow for best functionality.
In addition to looking at Book4time as your Spa POS and booking system, they should also considering rolling their POS out across any additional retail store. Their POS makes a great retail POS for boutiques, gift shops, coffee shop, and more!
Book4time is compatible with hotel operating systems. Most important part is knowing your Spa needs, so they can help with best configuration process, that is key for further use.
