I wish that there were more marketing filters that came native to the program versus having to create them. Creating them is a great feature, but it's very tedious to do. I would be nice if one could create a SKU filter by selecting a class or subclass or vendor, etc. Currently the program forces you to manually enter each SKU into a comma separated field and I haven't found a way to copy/paste this information that works. The way to request feature updates to the support team needs improvement. There are other software platforms that do this better with more transparency and responsiveness. There should be some features that should be able to be locked by IP address such as the time clock in order to prevent fraudlent time keeping while still allowing provider access to the appointment book. When inquiring about utilizing features we have never used before, we are often directed to the "Help" option to watch videos, however this does not always provide the specific assistance that is needed. For example, we have a commission structure for our attendants that provides an opportunity to earn money when they sell retail items. When I inquired about how to properly set up the commission profiles for them, I was simply told to watch the videos in regard to commission. It was initially very confusing because I had to create service profiles for them, which are normally used for those that provide services to guests. We also often encounter errors when trying to schedule guests that are challenging to understand. For example, I continued to receive multiple errors when scheduling a couples package and emailed back and forth with support on the issue to later find that it was being caused due to the fact that I had zoomed in or out on my screen.
