What do you like most?
We have been using ChargeAutomation software for our vacation rentals when guests book on OTAs platforms. This software has been a great tool for the hosts in running the business. The features of pre check-in requirements help process everything. From bookings, reservation deposits, collecting payments from the guests that securely collect data security, uploading primary documents that are used to validate the guests' identity to payment automation that works well. The payment to collect link from ChargeAutomation is helpful to remind the guest through emails and collect full or partial payments. When there's an issue of charging the guest for their payment using the card they've added, it makes you aware of the issue especially when it notifies you that their card has been declined. With this, you have to inform the guest through emails or channel messaging and let them make the necessary verification of the card they have added. To share our experience, we had one guest who attempted to make payments multiple times but the card was always declined. We tried to charge the guest on our end using the card she added but the same issue we had encountered. So, we emailed the guest and informed her to verify her card details or she may call her credit card company. Everything went well after a thorough verification. The activity log is also helpful as a host to make us aware of the activity performed throughout the payment processing. Creating upsell services is easy to manage to send requests to the guest and we would love to create additional upsells that are in there. We also love how everything syncs in real-time especially how Booking Automation and ChargeAutomation work together. The processes and automation really save time for us as a customer and we look forward to more years of utilizing this service. We would definitely recommend this software to the other hosts!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved? Actually, we can't think of even one but we love the whole processes and how everything works well and syncs in real time. Thank you for your great service and assistance of the support team!
