Welcome Pick ups is the perfect tool for guests and hotels. It is so easy to use it from both sides and the service is wonderful. Also, customer service is a big plus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Welcome Pick ups website and extranet is very user friendly so I do not have an idea of what could be improved. I found it to be very on point as it is.
