What do you like most?
RoomDex is a very userfriendly system with the capability of upselling additional products or services to guest after the confirmation station. The email sent through to guests are very neat / tidy and easy to upgrade as a customer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Platform usage - being able to pull reports ourself of what emails have been sent out to customers and what has been purchased. We need to obtain this from our Account Manager.
