Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Try it - especially in combination with the StayNTouch PMS it works very well. The SNT PMS also supports Roomdex' free subscription service as a trial, you sign on, try it out and then decide. No risk to the hotelier!

What do you like most?

Fast and extremely easy set up. It only takes a couple clicks to get all the information needed. The team at Roomdex were very approachable and turning the system live took a matter of hours.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Further customisation on images and context would be great to generate a deeper brand awareness and identification of the products advertised.

Contacting guests prior to arrival regarding upsells, early check in and late checkout. guests then calls hotel to ask afterwards if upgrade is available.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

better communication with property staff. we are only aware of early check in or late check out the day of, we need to be informed in advance.
