Try it - especially in combination with the StayNTouch PMS it works very well. The SNT PMS also supports Roomdex' free subscription service as a trial, you sign on, try it out and then decide. No risk to the hotelier!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly I can't think of anything. Automating the offer of upgraded rooms and early check ins or late departures is a great idea!

The AI set up is great! I don't have to worry about rooms being undercut and it allows me to get upsell revenue without having to think about it or even have labor costs. It's pure revpar improvement most...

Adding the ability to let guests add an additional night would be an amazing upgrade to the system. Otherwise, I enjoy all the aspects of the system!

Easy implementation and setup process. Roomdex delivers great results as of day one. The team is very proactive and helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
get back adjustments from PMS into Roomdex for accurate reporting (some guests cancel the upsell with the hotel before arrival, but it remains as sold in Roomdex)
