What do you like most?
The radiator control, which coordinates with our booking system and knows exactly when which rooms are occupied, offers enormous savings potential. No more running the heating with the windows open or running on the highest setting for days - it's a great cinema. The guest tablets with telephone receivers solve the last questions that the guests might have and are really great as an app to take with you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is always room for improvement, the configuration of the tablets could be a little more intuitive, but I certainly understand that centralized maintenance of all tablets presents a certain level of complexity. So there's actually nothing to complain about here, if only at a very high level ;-)
