What do you like most?
What I like best about Smarthost are the targeted newsletter campaigns that are tailored to the booking behavior of the guests and the clear CRM system with all the desired functions. The unique customer service and the always friendly contact put the crown on the whole thing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improvement requests are always considered by the Smarthost team and implemented where possible. Our biggest concerns at the moment concern the possibility of managing guest credit card data and the better integration of travel cancellation insurance.
