What do you like most?
I enjoy the functionality and reliability. There are cool features when adding others to a message. The members have enjoyed using the app and it makes life easier than making long phone calls for simple requests and updates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More characters for responses. We are in the need to explain in detail some pertinent cancellation or outlet updates and it would be helpful to type a longer message at times. This feels like texting but need more of the same functions as a text message.

We're very happy that our Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) is being enjoyed by both you and your members. We think it's pretty cool too! As to the character limit, thanks for mentioning it too. Whilst you do receive a warning of 180 character limits, it is actually more of a guideline. Most people like to keep chat messages short and quick. However, we know at times you may need to share something more in detail. You may continue to write a lengthier response, the character count will continue to rise but it will not prevent you from sending your message. We hope this helps!
