What do you like most?
Our representative, Patrick Combley, is hands-down the best thing to ever happen to our business and marketing strategy! Patrick is thoughtful, takes time each month to review our website and bring new ideas to the table, and really has gone the extra mile to make our strategy successful. In as challenging as a time as it's been with covid, he has provided that security that we've needed! Milestone provides our web hosting, search optimization, and additional marketing support. We are very excited to be in the process of building our second website with Milestone, as we've currently had this site since June of 2016 and it is long overdue for a revamp. Milestone has been so proactive by presenting new ideas to us, staying timely with the process and working efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't always love that the team who makes timely changes to the website is not in the same time zone as us, so sometimes when we have things that need to get done immediately, they tend to happen the next day. I understand the need for this, and our rep does everything he can to help the team understand the prioritization of our needs, but sometimes it can be frustrating.
