What do you like most?
I have worked in the hotel industry for a long time, and Milestone is by far the easiest company to work with. They are very responsive, and my customer success manager has always gone above and beyond to be sure my needs are met, and that I understand any changes that need to be made. I currently run over 10 sites through them, and they meet with me monthly to review the site, and make suggestions as to what changes they suggest in order to optimize performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only area of improvement that Milestone could look into is the ability to e-sign documents for website and agreements and any addendums.
