What do you like most?
We've been working with Milestone on a few projects now. The Team has been great to work with! They are very professional and reliable individuals with impressive hospitality experience. I was impressed how accommodative and flexible the staff is. You can trust them with your project!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have a more clear expectations on how long it takes to resolve certain issues & projects. Sometimes what seems like an easy fix takes over a week to resolve. For example on a few occasions we were asked to give the team 1-3 days for resolution when it turned into 7 - 14 days.
