What do you like most?
Calendar View, Reports and ease to sending contract and other correspondence. I can respond so quickly to inquiries and requests. I was doing everything by hand before and it would take forever. I've been able to increase productivity and ROI because I'm able to track and follow up with ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reports easier to view and we have a lot of repeat business - the copy isn't always accurate for the groups. A spell check included in the email area would be helpful.
