Having the ability to store client and events data in one spot makes our jobs so much easier. While learning the software can be cumbersome at times. Once learned, the software helps to retain all pertinent information for easy accessibility.

Tripleseat has some cool features that I enjoy such as the notifications that show me when a prospect or client have viewed my email even when I may not have heard back. I also like that I can send a contract electronically and get a signature quickly.
