I really love how well organized the system is, making it extremely easy to keep track of reservations and events.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Can’t really think of anything I’m aware of that could be improved, maybe a better formatting? They could use more vibrant coloring to make tabs easier to find.

What do you like most?

No matter when, I get the service needed to keep moving foward, efficient and helpful. So, I can keep doing my job without worrying about the situation not getting fixed.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I really have nothing that I believe needs improvement, I do not like the lay out for the BEO but have learned to work around it.

What do you like most?

I love that I can connect the events to my Google calendar and the front desk's so we all know when an event is happening on property.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It is works perfectly, I have no recommendations at this time. I am mostly on the receiving end of the benefits of Tripleseat. It's our events manager that uses Tripleseat mpst of the time.
