I am a fairly new user to Tripleseat (a little over a year). The constant improvements have been amazing to use and see. The customer service and help features are great. I love how customizable everything is and how each property can mold it as needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it would be great to have the ability to merge event orders for multi-day programs. I would make small recommendations on the customer facing portal just to make a little more user friendly such as color squares over links (sign electronically, pay online, etc.) Customers often miss that you hover over these lines to click to links.

Not easy to track sales production and calculate slippage / overage - nothing to differentiate between contracted amount and amount actualized. Contract links are live and allow clients to access outdated information.

Triple seat allows me to track conversations, notes, tasks and event details easily. It also allows me to integrate payment information and options on my platform, which greatly improves my productivity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish some of the templates were easier to change, I’d like to be able to sort out dead leads, and my big issue is that it doesn’t integrate with Toast (POS) so any hosted bar tabs have to be rung in and voided out to even get a total.

Are you able to change it so that external calendar connection updates as the event updates? i.e. changing from tentative to pending?
The connection to Mews doesn't always work (it won't populate on Mews) but that is probably Mews' fault and not y'alls!
Can you change it so that anyone can go on and pay for the invoice instead of requiring that person to be set up as a contact with the event? I do run into that a handful of times.
Sometimes the emails go in people's spam folders but I guess that might be unavoidable?

The aspect that I love the most about Tripleseat instantly syncs up with our PMS for changes for guest room blocks. The UI is also friendly and has great shortcuts, like CTRL+B which will help populate the entire guest room block.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While I love how easy it is to use the guest room block, it also has it's drawbacks. After you set a guest room block to definite and if there are already reservations created for that block, you cannot change the block anymore. Just an error that sync cannot happen because there are active reservations. I don't know the behind-the-scenes tech side for this, but it does put a damper on things if I have to increase a guest room block size but unable to. Also wish that the guest room block as OVERBOOK room inventory.

what i would like you to improve is the invoice in the triple seat, if you could kindly amended for the full week to just 1 page only as for the one day event is better but for two days or more can it be all in one page instead of each day with the different invoice number which the same event should have one invoice number only.

This is a great web-based application and easy to implement for multiple hotels, revenues, etc. There is also ability to add custom fields in bookings which can be useful for different use cases. Their support team is awesome and very prompt. They helped us quickly build an integration for our mutual customers helping enhance the use of both of our systems. Overall a great product and I always look at the support when I pick a system and theirs is solid.
