I believe better floorplans would certainly help, or ability to make any at all with or without use of MERRI software. Sometimes we will only have a limited amount of rooms available at a certain rate, and once we sell all of those, we need to raise the rate for that room type. Tripleseat currently does not have a way to input this into the system. Another issue I have sometimes in the settings, is figuring out where I need to go in order to change certain documents or drop-down options. It would be great to have a search feature in the settings. Recently, I noticed that the search function for the menus has changed. Before, when I would search for something, it would be super easy to find. Creating an automated task to check in 2 weeks before an event occurs to make sure details are in place and correct has saved me time and time again! I do also love the calendar view. We have 10 different private rooms that we can book. The calendar view can be set to show the rooms in different colors. So, at a glance I can see which rooms are occupied already. This helps immensely when I'm on the phone with a guest trying to check for availability. The Tripleseat email feature is also very nice. I can see when my guests open their emails. I also get notified when emails bounce back, and all of the correspondence is saved so I can refer to it later.
