What do you like most?
Betterspace offers many advantages in the area of guest contact and energy management. - Setting heating times with digital thermostats / centrally controlled - Faster and easier contact with the guests in the rooms through good connection of tablets and desktop PCs - Simple release by the HSK of the cleaned rooms - Simple reporting of repairs by the HSK for the caretaker - Very pleasantly designed digital room folder for the guests with many direct booking options for additional sales
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Clarity for creating the individual guest folder contents - Easier assignment of the contents of the guest folder - Support for problems with the thermostats and connector problems / unfortunately often very tedious
