What do you like most?
I like the practicality and ease of the app's system, we can easily place anomalies as well as update the status of each room or area of the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I use the app both on Android and IOS and I notice some differences, mainly in the notifications. Android is almost instantaneous while on IOS it takes longer most of the time if I don't update it doesn't change the state of the rooms as well as repaired faults it takes a long time for the notification to arrive and sometimes it doesn't even arrive.
