What do you like most?
Book me Bob technology provides increased booking conversions and strong ROI. The program provides labour saving benefits by providing online support and customer service with continual chatbot learnings for improvements. Also the Book Me Bob team are fantastic to work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I understand that the Book Me Bob team are currently looking into voice technology which would be very interesting for our organisation
