What do you like most?
We have 200 or more groups a year. TripleSeat keeps throes group’s organized from the time we get a lead and make them a prospect to when then turn tentative and ultimately definite. It also helps us keep track of lost business and the reasons why, whether it is rate or other reasons.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Add spell check. Currently spelling errors are highlighted but not suggested corrections. This, however, is minor. I don’t use Event Management but understand the teams that do are quite satisfied.
