What do you like most?
First of all, we were looking for a service that allows us to answer numerous questions of the same type, but during testing we decided to open an online showcase with additional services. And guests have become more willing to order the room service menu and leave feedback on the hotel. The result exceeded expectations! Already in the second month of work, revenue from the sale of additional services increased 3 times compared to the first month.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The program works great, constantly evolving. Hot Bot representatives themselves suggest regularly introducing improvements to our sales, so there are no such ideas yet.
