What do you like most?
Visito has been a great partner for us in communicating with guests. Their guest messaging tool makes it easy to handle conversations quickly and professionally, and we’ve even managed to drive additional room sales directly through WhatsApp. It’s been a real boost both for service and revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see more product development from this team because they deliver really game changing solutions - and also that they become even better at showcasing the features they DO offer because we want to make sure we get the maximum out of them.
