What do you like most?
We use the Crave tablets as a key tool to connect with our guests. Each room is equipped with a tablet where guests can contact the Front Desk to request items, explore our facilities, and learn more about the hotel’s history. It’s a great platform to enhance guest engagement and convenience. During check-in, we also use the tablets to show photos of the different room types, helping set accurate expectations, especially given the variety of layouts we offer. Overall, it’s a great product that supports both our guest experience and our communication standards.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would say it’s very easy to manage and provides great service. We haven’t identified any opportunities for improvement on our end — everything has been running smoothly.
