What do you like most?
I like the features that I can compare Last year and Budget for each properties labor performance on the Business Intelligence tab. It helps me to determine where the labor opportunities are needed most in efforts to save on labor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
#1- I would like to see the Budgeted hours for each Labor Model already tallied up so the General Managers can easily tell what their budget is for each department. I know they can look at the Performance tab, but that tab moves really slow when trying to navigate to weekly or biweekly performance. #2 -I would like to see accurate data on the Consolidated Wages tab when running this MTD so I can see the total hours used in each department. It does not show accurately MTD Data when I compare the data on the Business Intelligence tab for that date range. I pull MTD reports and this is very important to be accurate. #3-I would like to receive or be able to set email alert notifications on items that have not been completed on my screen from an admin level. For example, if the GM has not completed 5 days of Housekeeping entries, I would like an alert box when I can see only that type of alert. Lets say an GM is over on their budgeted labor model by +15 or +20 hours week to date, an alert would be helpful. The only way I find out right now is searching each week and pulling several reports. This would allow me to see that alert, based on the perimeters set and I can then log into my smartsheets labor tracking and send that GM / Regional a notification to reduce or elaborate on why they are over the budgeted labor model faster without running a report.
