What do you like most?
Good customer service - consistent operational follow-up - relevant 2026 projects. Backyou is a good quote creation software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Simplification of job descriptions, "late" arrival of the pro forma invoice which was a major obstacle from an accounting perspective. The trade discount/commission in the quote = impossible to offer a discount on a product with 10% VAT and a 20% commission.
